Perfect for people who want more accountability, real-time feedback, and a consistent coaching relationship.
Both tiers include:
- One-time onboarding call to dial in your program and answer all your questions upfront
- Monthly program updates as needed
- No long-term contracts — month-to-month, cancel anytime

What equipment do I need?
Ideally strength training equipment like barbells, dumbbells, benches, and kettlebells, but I can work with what you have — home gym, commercial gym, or something in between. We'll build your program around your setup during the onboarding call.
What if I miss a week of training?
Life happens. If you miss a week, we adjust and keep moving forward — no guilt, no starting over. Consistency over perfection. Just fill out your weekly check-in and let me know what's going on.
How long until I see results?
Most people notice strength gains within 3-4 weeks and visible changes in 8-12 weeks. But this isn't a quick-fix program — we're building something that lasts. You'll get stronger every month if you stay consistent.
Do I need to track macros or follow a specific diet?
No. I don't do meal plans or macro counting right now. We can discuss that on the call. Eat enough protein, don't starve yourself, and focus on getting stronger. That's the priority.
What if I've never done strength training before?
That's fine. I'll teach you the movements and start you with appropriate weights. The program scales to your experience level — whether you're brand new or you've been lifting for years.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. If you start with Tier 1 and want to add the weekly calls, just let me know. Same if you want to drop down from Tier 2. No penalties, no hassle.
What happens after the first month?
If it's working and you want to keep going, nothing changes — you stay on, we keep progressing. If it's not a good fit, you cancel. No long-term commitment required.
